All shipping charges are calculated by weight. Freight collect shipping is available upon request.

In-stock items ship same day when ordered before 3:00 pm EST. Drop-ship orders follow the manufacturer's shipping policy. Blind shipping is available upon request.

Ground delivery varies from 1–5 business days depending on your region. Transit times are calculated from the ship date, not the order date.

Freight delivery is required for large or heavy items. Residential deliveries and locations without a dock may incur additional charges — we'll contact you with rates if applicable.

Non-custom items in perfect condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Note: Custom power cables are built to order and are non-cancelable and non-returnable at time of purchase.

To initiate a return, complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Credits are issued once the item is received and inspected, and are applied to the original purchase account.
