Mount the PD-DC-45 horizontally to a into a standard data or audio/video cabinet, to reduce the clutter of wall warts and plugs. Fits easily in within standard rack units, wall boxes or small enclosures. Color coded screw terminals denote amperage and output, 5V and 12V sections. Cut install time by limiting lead length and design modifications.

In-stock items ship same day when ordered before 3:00 pm EST. Drop-ship orders follow the manufacturer's shipping policy. Blind shipping is available upon request.

Ground delivery varies from 1–5 business days depending on your region. Transit times are calculated from the ship date, not the order date.

Freight delivery is required for large or heavy items. Residential deliveries and locations without a dock may incur additional charges — we'll contact you with rates if applicable.

Returns & Refunds

Non-custom items in perfect condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Note: Custom power cables are built to order and are non-cancelable and non-returnable at time of purchase.

To initiate a return, complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Credits are issued once the item is received and inspected, and are applied to the original purchase account.
